The vehicle is insured according to the laws of
Zambia. |

Coverage of Liability Damage Waiver (L.D.W.) is mandatory and will be included in the cost of your hire car. It covers you in case you cause damage to passengers or their property |

|
|
Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.) covers the cost of repairing your hire car in case it is damaged. In case the cost of repairing is higher than what the insurance covers, you may be asked to pay the excess. This will be included in the cost of hire and will be communicated to you. |

|
|
|
|
Theft Protection (T.P.) covers the cost of replacing the hire car (or parts of it) if it/they get stolen. This will be included in the cost of hire and will be communicated to you. |
|
|
|
|
|
Personal accident insurance covers you in case of death, loss of limbs or eyes or permanent total disablement. You may request for this and Shimongola will gladly obtain it for you. |

In case of damage to undercarriage, tyres and windshields of the vehicle, you will be required to pay the full amount for any damage caused to the mentioned parts.

The coverage provided is not valid outside the borders of the State of Zambia – unless with prior arrangements and agreements.

When picking up the car please be sure to inspect it thoroughly for all and any existing damages.
